This week we had the pleasure of supporting 1208 (Warsop) Squadron Royal Air Force Air Cadets with their fundraising efforts.
The Royal Air Force Air Cadets is a great space for young people to learn a wide range of life skills in addition to an extensive curriculum, including Radio, Music, STEM and importantly, hashtagcybersecurity. If you are discussing hobbies and interests with your children, it would be worthwhile reaching out to your local squadron or visiting their next open day to see what it’s involved!
Special thanks to Morrisons for accommodating us, providing a safe space for the cadets to have a break and importantly, allowing us to fund raise in their store.
1208 (Warsop) Squadron are currently seeking funds for a range of activities including a new Corps set of drums, they have had great support from the community teaching them how to create a military band over the last 6 months and now in need of equipment ready for up coming community parades in the area.
